Graveyards

No, I don't have an interest in all things macabre but I do find that whenever we travel, we visit graveyards. As I don't have much experience in sepia/black and white, I got to thinking how maybe I could practise on my graveyards shots. Would love some input please.

Oh dear, I do believe I have put this post in the wrong place. If someone could please move it to the Critique section for General Photography I would be very grateful. I am stumped!!

Dont worry an Agent will be along soon.

As to your B&W only the 3rd one lets the series down its too fussy, but the rest are very very good, lovely details picked out, gorgeous texture and lighting, well done :judge: :judge: :judge:

You got some really intriguing photos. I like the sepia the best, the B&W seem like they're not sharp enough or maybe the contrast/conversion is off.

Thread relocated. The initial box on the drop down is the "New" category. Catches most of us a time or two.

Shoot, learn and share. It will make you a better photographer.

Thanks John for relocating the thread and to David and Sharon for your comments. I do agree that the third one is a bit "fussy" and I must say I prefer the sepia too. I realise now that there is a lot to learn about converting to black and white. Think I must search out some to study today!
