Excellent set. I like the flare in the last one.

Looks like you had nice blue skies to work with.

I see they still have those yellow seat cushions in the B-17 cockpit :pinch:

Did you tour the inside of the B24? I have put a couple pounds where I didn't have them thirty years ago, but man that plane is tight. The catwalk between the bombs was a tough squeeze. Add to that I have a knee that doesn't bend any more. I was lucky to get out alive!!!....... B)

Beautiful set Enrico you have captured some serious engineering as well as the well used seat covers.

In good company too with Mr Cook's efforts.

Cheers

I went through both the B-17 and the B-24. Unfortunately the entire nose section of the B-24 was closed off. I found a lot more to photograph inside the B-17. Glad I had my 10-20 along for that!

Kind of sad to see them trying to get an overweight senior citizen into the back seat of the P-51. They had even more difficulty getting him back out. He did get his flight and was in good spirits about the whole episode however.

Wonderful series Ernesto ... Personally I loved the light in all the images, the 2nd one is my favorite!

I must have missed these too, very nice. You'd probably like Wright Patt north of me, haven't been there just past the entrance (as anyone could guess, there's a hockey rink nearby that's why I've been up there).
