St. John's Cemetary in Autumn

Whether you call it a cemetary or a graveyard, the Autumn Colors seem to brighten up the scene. This is St. John's Cemetary in Middle Village, Queens, NY. My Great-Grandparents, Grandparents and Uncle are buried here...

One usually does not think of fall colors at a cemetary but I will say that your photos are great. I love the colors and contrast. :thumbsup:

Love to see the same great shots but taken at night with a flash, just to see the contrast between times of day, That'd be interesting. Some great shots here - like the last one best I think.

If I could get into this cemetary at night, I would gladly take those shots... Maybe I will go ask if something like that would be possible... Sadly, the leaves are gone now... so would lose that aspect of the photos...
