This is probably becoming an "old" topic so I'll quit with this one. (I don't mean quit all together, just with this bunch of pics) OMG, I can't wait for warm temps..... colors....anything besides White, Gray, Black, Brown & Dead.... (I do like how this one turned out though, how bout you?)

Very nice winter picture, :judge:

You will not be judged as a photographer by the pictures you take, but by the pictures you show.

Nice exposure! :judge: :judge:
Have you ever tried any winter snow shots early morn and late evening, the snow absorbs what ever color is in the sky nicely. Where I'm at it's rare to get a clear morning or evening I the winter.... And whenever it is clear and the colors are nice I never have my camera lol

We have barely had any snow, barely anything colder that 25* and no good weather for any shots worth posting. We have tons of mud, rain and clouds. And I should be getting snow and ice, so I am a tad disappointed.

As for the image Shanna...:judge: :judge: :judge: I quite enjoy it. Lovely snow and contrast that is the beauty of winter.

Thank you all so much !! :)
No I haven't Karl, I tend to avoid shooting snow pics till just recently and I know that I've been shooting at the absolute worst time of day. I'll keep that in mind, thank you cause I need every bit of help with this type of photography for sure.

Sorry you're having such a crappy winter mj, it's hard to get motivated to take pics when everything looks awful out there. I had to drive a ways to get this-everything here in town is pretty ugly. Thank you for your kind words, I really appreciate it.

Yes I do Rich, thanks a bunch my friend! :)

But the snow is beautiful. It's been snowing here for 4 hours and nothing is sticking due to very warm weather the past week. Maybe in the morning.

Shanna - You didn't get any "local color" shots? :toocrazy:

John, if there was a way to send you a few truckloads of this stuff I would....seeing as how you think it's so beautiful.....LOL :woohoo: OMG, can you imagine what the "crazy guy" would have done if I'd whipped out a camera and started taking his picture? EEK!  I had all I could do to not run outa there, let alone ask him to pose for a photoshoot. I'll tell ya what though..... If he called me "Honey" one more time I was gonna pop him one...not exactly how you go about selling a car but That really wasn't high on my list of priorities.... I was Really glad when the cops showed up to help....
O.K. are you gonna behave yourself now....? Cause I'm :watching: YOU.....
