Pretty good for a heavy overcast.  RAW editing would make it even gooder.

I plan on picking up LR5. I'll come back and work on this a bit as I learn to use the software.

Hey Glider, just curious about if you live in N.S or in the atlantic region. I myself am from atlantic Canada. Great shot, I'm interested to see what is possible when you have Lightroom and Photoshop :) Nice shot :)

I was born and partially raised in N.B. we now live in Alberta.
I love going back as often as we can but there is so much of the world to see.
Glad you liked my shot, I cant wait to learn more and get working with LR and maybe someday PS.

I used Topaz Adjust a couple of ways, after LR. Odd that LR brought out purples and pinks for me. But I like it. I think it reinforces a sunset idea, along with the warm light on the building and rocks.

I also straightened the lighthouse out, and tried to remove some curvature.
