Well, any C&C is going to be subjective B)

I would like to see more sky.  The obvious ways to achieve that would be to re-shoot with a vertical framing (aka portrait), or to simply back the camera up a ways.

Ghost towns can come with a mood.  Which can be enhanced with a B&W or faux color treatment in post.

Fun topic!

Nice texture! I agree with Kelly! More sky will make this shot even better.

B&W tone for this shot would be great.

You shot a "tweener". You either need to go vertical and concentrate on the doors or back up to give the subject some context of location. Of course this is just my opinion. Others may differ.

Yeah! Try B&W... But nice shot still!

A little more of the sky for a better perspective. Nice spot!

I'd also try a B&W conversion!

Why so serious?

Can´t think of anything else that hasn´t been suggested, the whites are getting a bit hot in the clouds, reducing highlights in Lightroom could bring in some more detail.
