A little distance test with Brutus (my Sigma 150-600). From me to the cathedral tower in the picture centre is about 10km. Very happy with this overall, especially since it's handheld.

No New York type skyline... German cities are a lot more low key. The highest structure is the cathedral tower. The windmills are taller than most buildings...

This shot I bet would work well as a B&W.  BTW are you on top of building or is this a drone shot?

Either way, very nice perspective over the city.

Hefty chunk of glass you have there.  Any issues with either end of the focus spectrum?

That was taken with a 150-600 Contemporary. Manual focus was fine with no problems at either end. Only issues I had came from using an adaptor (the lens had an EF mount, I use a Sony camera) so AF was a struggle. It took a long time to find a subject and dial in the focus using AF. AF-C didn't work well either but that's also because of the adaptor. This week I bought a 150-600 Sports with a FE mount and all is tip top.
