What Inspires you about Nature & Wildlife?

I always find myself asking this question to other photographers from time to time
What Inspires you about Nature & Wildlife?

Just curious as for me it wasn't until I turned in to birding wildlife photography that
my eyes and spirit really opened up and just found a deeper connection to appreciate
all things around us. Since this time I have seen so many birds & animals that often
are not truly appreciated for there beauty, uniqueness, sounds and of course there habitat.

I love the outdoors the only place where your troubles seem a thing of the past it's self
rewarding in many ways + Plus you get some exercise out of it. I have walked 1.5 miles one
way carrying my camera, lens,tripod,speed-light, binoculars and a backpack and to be honest
because I am so drawn into finding something and looking around there is no pain I do not feel as tired
and certainly not bored walking the trails.

Honestly, I too am fascinated by birds. I've always loved the outdoors and wildlife, but since retiring my appreciation has escalated. I could watch the song birds at my feeders seemingly for hours on end.
I also find watching a sunrise about as relaxing and regenerating as it gets......:)

Why so serious?
