Red Bellied Woodpecker
All it takes is a wooded area and lots of patience. I heard this bird's call and spotted him high up in the tree. I waited until he moved further down to make the image. He flew away soon afterwards. I have been tracking a woodpecker around my house but haven't gotten a clear sight of him yet. I hear his call but he is usually too high up, too far away or is flying away when I spot him.Greg Friedman wrote: Seriously how do you find all these birds? I have never seen such a bird.
