New to forum, but not photography

13 years 4 months ago #10056 by Fitch
My name is Fran, but my friends call me Fitch (combination of my first name and last name). I have had a Nikon D300 for a couple years now. This was my first pro camera (Pro to me). I don't get to get out as much as I would like to, so very much a novice. I would like to learn more and be around people who share the same interest. So my wife told me to find a photography forum to join, so here I am. I even managed to ask my first question!

Cheers!

Fitch

First off, thank you both for the welcome's!

Now luckywish1, I love this camera, at first I was overwhelmed with it because I had never owned a DSLR, but once I got the nack of it, it was smooth sailing. LOL you have me thinking to the first time I opened up the camera's manual, I was like what in the world!

Exactly!! It was jaw dropping when I took the camera out of the box, then when I went to the manual for answers.

Now what camera are you using?

BTW nice to meet you!
