Release Date of Nikon D900 to have 80MP sensor

It is a common misconception among amateurs that the camera is the key to better photography. It isn't. Good photographic technique and a creative eye are the keys. The camera, truthfully, is fairly trivial. Rather than upgrade, why not work on making better images with the equipment you have?

The buffer performance is what would baffle me, really!

Light is free… capturing it is not!

I remember the time of the "F" single digits… from one to the other,
a decade went before the follower!

Yes, maybe the D810 (a fantastic camera in my book!) is due but as
far as the 80MS (megasensels) this is waaaay out of reach for now
in the small formats. My 6:4.5 gets there but the price and format are
at another level too!.

Light is free… capturing it is not!

Yup, there's a lot more than just slapping a sensor in a body....

Buffer?  So I'm guessing you are shooting a lot of sports or fast moving?

Not always… but when I need it, it should be there!
From equestrian trainings and shows to wildlife, from
skateboarding to ice hockey… buffering is everything
and, of course, I include card performance in this.

Light is free… capturing it is not!
