One thing to note, is the head touching the horizon. That's something you might want to avoid.

Our eyes will follow the lines in the frame. When one line meets another, that creates tension.

Art stuff. ;)

Still, it's a beautiful photo. The colors are there.

Wonder what a real long exposure would look like with that scene. I think that would be cool also. Good job.

Note the line from her feet to her head, across the horizon to the surfer, to the top his head down to his feet. Almost makes a box.

My only absolute rule for composition is, "Our mind likes to organize things. Our eyes like to dance".
