There are two good subjects BANG RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE
fighting for attention and having not enough!

Had your work your shot, so both the friends and the waterfall
are well framed, you'd have now a way stronger picture… IMO.

Light is free… capturing it is not!

In fact, the persons in this picture weren't going with me, I shot them in purpose of trying first time to get my camera ready so me not observing strictly and meticulously and having so fast for the shot because they would be separated suddenly after that.

The two good subjects you've said were parts of a bridge with no handles and the waterfall behind was somewhat small for getting well framed with these friends.
