New to photography, would like some critiques!

How’s it going guys. I’m jocurtis, I’m pretty new to photography. I started becoming interested probably about 6 months ago and it was probably about 2 months ago that i finally went ahead and decided to drop thousands on a bunch of photography gear. Im using a Fujifilm x-t3 with my 16mm f1.4 lens. As of right now I’ve been using only one light with a soft box, and a reflector. I mostly would just love to get some critiques on some of my favorite shots I’ve gotten so far.

About the red haired lady 1.
• Sweet facial expression
• unflattering pose emphasise her tattooed big arm
and her behind waaaay too much
• flash is right on
• successful post-production

About the red haired lady 2
• eye contact was a forgotten option
• less unflattering pose
• flash right on
• successful post-production

The teddybear shots were applied, IMO, unsuccessful
post-production choices.

HTH. :)

ADDENDUM

Maybe consider a paragraph between the pictures.

I appreciate that honesty!! So by you saying the flash was right on do you mean that i did a decent job with my lighting? Or are you saying that it was too close?

I mean to say that the flash fill is right on but, yes, you may
have been to close or not perfectly directed for some who
would not appreciate the falloff (2).

I like the 4th shot a lot. Nicely done. Leave space indeed every after shot.
