Autumn Picnic Themed Photoshoot (Comments/Critiques Welcomed)

3 years 3 months ago #707069 by iKokomo
My friend and I decided to do another photoshoot back in October. The first one was a summer photo shoot. Thanks for your comments and critiques. As soon as it snows here, she wants to do a winter-themed photo shoot which I am excited about!! :)Anyway, like before, what are things that I did well, and what are things that I should improve upon? This was all edited in Lightroom with some plugins.

If you want, you can ask your subject to turn the head
more or less to a side or look away… but reconsider ha-
ving both so to avoid the zombie eyes on a pretty face.

Light is free… capturing it is not!

The shot of the glass is well executed, but I do not know what the message is there.
It does not say picnic to me.

The hands holding the glass are too clumpy and lacks
in elegance.

lovely shots .... maybe next time you can tell her to not look so far away from the camera ... it feels like her eye balls are so far to the left .... i think the eye balls could be something like 40 or 50 degrees angle away from the camera. She can also have a bet of a calmer face expression next time, as it feels like she might be a little bit worried about something coming from that direction where she is looking.

the shot with the glass is pretty catchy. I think if she goes smoother on how she is holding the glass would be pretty dope.
