Travelers insurance for camera gear?

Think about it this way, professional photographers travel all over the world to get the shot. I am sure they all have insurance on their equipment, that does cover anything that could happen. Smashing a lens against a rock, dropping the camera in a volcano.
I'm just visualizing that claims call "Yeah I dropped the camera in hot lava dripping from volcano"!
