Finding time for photography, do you have a problem with this?

I was hoping to get out today and take some photos, but just darn lazy today! Tired and I think I'm coming down with a cold :(

I used to work 12 to 18 hour days but always had my camera with me so when the opportunity came i would shoot whatever was available out the window. now i shoot a couple of hockey games a week in the winter so the work is indoors.

Above I am with my hemodialysis machine at the hospital
Below is a shot out the window during an ice storm

And here is what I shoot in the winters
