Why beginners follow rules and pro breaks them?

Pros breaks the rules, because they can. And, no one will say, Hey, Mr. Pro, you broke the rule, your photo looks like sh*t. :banana:

OK...from a woman's perspective, it's the same as when you first learn to cook. As a beginner, you follow tried and true recipes to the T. Years later, you seldom open a cookbook, because you know from experience what works together, and what does not. However...even after many years of preparing meals and baking goodies, there are some recipes that still require precisely measured ingredients. :rolleyes
