Comfort Zone

Lots of photographers have preferences for what they enjoy shooting [there are exceptions with pros]. What is your comfort zone and what are you least comfortable with? I'll start with my own:

I'm most comfortable with studio portraits
I'm least comfortable with weddings and events

A photo is more than just a picture. It is a moment captured in time.

I really enjoy getting out in nature and shooting landscapes. I enjoy weddings and engagement sessions just about as much - I know a lot of people can't stand shooting weddings but I just have a good time with the people. So those would be probably my comfort zone.

Least comfortable, well I haven't shot any magazine-style fashion portraits so I'd be a little apprehensive with that until I actually took the time to practice with the lighting and get it right. I do a little product photography for work (I work as a web specialist for Safeway and shoot some of the products for websites that I manage), but at work the lighting I have to work with is garbage...so I'm not that comfortable showing that work or taking credit for it...

As long as it does not involve shooting people I am good with it.

Comfortable: Everything
Not comfortable: Nothing.
