Well from the majority you need to use flash as a fill or a reflector for some of them. On number five the foreground is distracting and obscuring your subject. But flash will really help get rid of the washing out of the backround.

Pictures 6, & 7 need to have more contrast so they "pop" from the background. One way of doing this would be to adjust the light balance, either in RAW format, or an editor such as Photoshop. Photo No. 1 - 4 show a much better contrast. As mentioned by Joves, the foreground distracts from the model on photo 5. Apart from these small critiques, I think your portfolio is wonderful. The first 6 photos are beautifully composed. The last one, I would make more use of the area around your model ie: zoom in a little more.
I think you have done extremely well here and you should be really proud of what you have done. :)

The biggest problem is that you shoot portraits in very sunny conditions and spotty light which results in blowouts.
I think a much tighter crop would be better on most of the images and use of a fill in flash to put the catchlights in the eyes would improve your images but the biggest improvement would come from shooting in less harsh lighting.
You have some lovely models and some nice poses.

I would try to get the subject to smile more often. Most of the shots look to be a little hurried. Shoot, review the shot in the LCD, adjust, repeat until success.
