The worst phrase I've personally heard:
"I want a camera that will make me take photos as good as you." Here take mine and try it out. LOL

I ask folks to say " FUZZY PICKLES" before I take their pic- bet that sends Y'all laughing

I usually get asked if I can get someones picture into the magazine when i am shooting a game. Fan shots don't usually make it past the editor so i usually politely decline

Even the lady at DMV says that. I tell her that if someone is looking at my driver's license, I am probably not smiling.

Got to ask how many of you have been told " Wow that's a BIG camera you have there" ( statement directed toward me at the Arena last weekend by an arena employee I had not met before) my response was " Which One ?" since I was carrying a D90 with a 300mm on the monopod and a D90 with an 80-200mm at the time.
