52 Week Challenge question

11 years 2 weeks ago #279792 by NickSano
OK, so heres my idea, tell me what you think. I was thinking about a 365 day challenge, but honestly don't think I'll be able to stick with a photo each day. I would like to challenge myself and think a 'project 52' I could do. What I would like to know is how do you come up with the weekly challenges, are you keeping a journal that has all 52 challenges laid out ahead of time? What sort of rules to people follow with these challenges?

Its your 52 week challenge, so set the rules yourself...... B)
I did a 366 last year and had only one requirement, at least one shutter click a day.

Why so serious?

I think your idea of planning the 52 challenges ahead of time could be a great way to go about it - depending entirely on you and what will keep you motivated. Maybe to keep it interesting, you could plan out your 52 challenges, but not put them in any particular order. Pull one out of a hat at the beginning of each week or something.

I like this idea too, 52 planned photo topics could be fun. What could be fun is going up the Alphabet and back down. So week one you would have to photograph something that started with the letter 'A', week two would have to be something that started with the letter 'B', and so on. Once you get up to 'Z', you turn back around.

I think I would last a few weeks before I miss one, then two, oh forget it!

The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

I started a 365 project twice and the farthest I made it was 37 days

I'm currently 71 days into my 365 day project and it's going well. I have a reminder set up on my computer and phone, just so I don't forget to take a photo each day!
