Is a photos sharpness effected by ISO

It is right? Actually just at higher ISO levels right? With lower ISO, sharpness wouldn't be effected with smaller changes in an ISO setting. Or do I have this wrong?

Yes, ISO affects detail. Thr higher the level, the less nuance (for a given exposure).

High ISO= crummy noise = not sharp photos

Just remember the higher the ISO, the higher the chance for noise, and noise as already stated will strip your sharpness

Well ISO can screw the shot if it is not nailed. The newer cameras are great from 100/200 to about 800, after that the degree of sharpness loss is different. Also the lighting itself has much to do with how well the image comes out at the higher ISO range. I have shot with a higher ISO in good lighting just to get higher shutter speeds with a lens stopped down. You could not see any real loss in detail. But if it is dark and bad lighting, then yes if you do not nail it.
