Where can I buy refurbished Nikon lenses?

If you want to go with used instead of refurb, KEH is the first place I'd look. I've bought several things from them and always been pleased with them - and their rating of conditions in particular. I haven't been brave enough to roll the dice on anything with a BGN rating yet, but the items I've bought that were rated EX could have easily been rated LN (like new).
