Is this people or landscape photography?

I have taken 2 photos with 2 of my friends in the front in the pictures and I'm not sure whether to upload them in the landscape section or the people section since it will be quite confusing to do so in both albums. Probably they are a part of the landscape photography because they play an important part in the compostition even though they are people. But still, I would appreciate it if you have suggestions :)

Hard to imagine them in people, their backs are to the camera.

People. If the figures were much smaller in the frame (further away), then the landscape category might apply. As it stands their presence detracts from the landscape aspect. To get technical about it, these are the kind of photos I expect to see under "travel" or "family and friends".
