Very good abstract image, and it would play well on metallic paper. Congrats on the sale.

This looks great on the web, I would love to see a full size print. What size did you have it printed out at?

Thanks! I printed on 17x22in metallic paper, the largest size my printer can handle. The print looks better than the screen...

I'm not sure just what you are asking. It wasn't taken from anywhere, it is my copyrighted work. If you are inquiring about particulars: Nikon D3s, ISO200, 35-70mm f/2.8, f/6.3,@1/320sec.

Sorry John but this made me laugh.

Glad to provide some amusement, Adrian! Apparently,as has been suggested, he was asking where this shot was taken. Adding "from" changes that meaning to "where did you get this from", indicating a question of provenance. As a non-native speaker of English, I guess I am perhaps too aware of syntax... :)

Nice guy and good films.

Don't forget to donate to the Philippines. Lots of people died there and I believe Paul was at a charity event for them.

Wait... what thread did I just reply to?

Anyway... bugs aside. The question was a bit ambiguous, and you were right to be a bit confused. But taken in context it would have the meaning of "Where did you take this shot?"
