That doesn't appear to have anything to do with running a business. Sounds like the bride will still have to have a ceremony in the states, though, and going to France is just for show.
That's why I said "not sure about this" and "might be a good start". I was just trying to help with some spots that might turn up some clues on how to prepare for this.
