Is this a Double Exposure or a Ghost?

Hi, I deal with Ghost Photos on my website.
Some say it's a ghost, others a double exposure and then some say it's a manipulated PhotoShop image. I guess my question is... could this be a double exposure? I see what looks like a chemical spill on the right wall. And the lines running around the ghostly figure is probably do to processing in those days.  But any help you can offer would be a greatly appreciated.  :)

Sorry, I think I posted the above in the wrong section. So please feel free to move it.
But I am pleased to be here and I look forward to interacting with you all.

Could be a double exposure. If you don't advance the film all the way you could get an image somewhat like this. Some old cameras don't automatically stop advancing film like later SLRs and rangefinders do. Or someone could stack two negatives in an enlarger but I'd expect to see more of the second image overlapping if that was done.

It looks like chemistry may have gotten spilled, I've had fixer sometimes puddle if the print wasn't squeegeed properly or wasn't laying flat to dry, and it may have dried that way.

Definitely a ghost. I see them quite often, especially after a little imbibing....:)

Well, since there is no such thing as a ghost, I would say it's a double exposure.
