This could come in handy.  I'm a firm believer that you should NOT take all business.  Some clients are just not worth it. When you accept clients like this, you compromise much more than you think.

I certainly never had a problem saying no to people I didn't want to work for. Tactful every time?...Probably not, but the point was made.....

Why so serious?

Same here.   If I'm not comfortable or don't want the client for what ever reason.  There has never been an friction on telling that client "NO" I can't take your business at this time.

I don't understand why some have issues with saying no.  Just let the person know you don't have the time.  It's that easy.

I never really did understand why some struggle with turning away business or just saying 'no'.  I guess this is a good video to have 'out there'.

Yeah, I'm with you.  "No" isn't a big deal.

Definitely doesn't have to be a difficult conversation. All you have to say is "No". But I definitely understand that that can be difficult for a lot of people, especially when first starting out as business person.
