How do you respond to constructive criticism?

I like all of your comments so far and CC is or should be just that-constructive. If you are adding to the persons knowledge base then it is a helping hand. If on the other hand you are just being critical it is a slap in the face. The truth sometimes hurts all of us and when we ask for someones honest appraisal we should expect the negatives along with the positives.

I'm the same way. Which is when people hate me or delete me from facebook. lol Oh well. I'm just to blunt in everything I say no matter what the subject is. Like my husband says, I do not have a filter switch. :duel:
