Poland vs Ireland?

5 years 6 months ago #608448 by Colorado Mike
If you had the chance to travel to either Poland or Ireland, which would you rather visit?  I've never been to Poland, and last time I was in Ireland it was horrible weather, and I caught the flu during that trip.

Kind of wondering which has best options for landscapes?

Ireland has so much culture and interesting people.  Not to say Poland doesn't.  For me, I would rather go to Ireland.

What's your family heritage ? I'd go to the place that touches your roots more. For me it would be Ireland all day, but given enough time, I'd love to go in depth with camera to a zillion places, cities and countries.

I'm pretty sure you will get a better glass of beer in Ireland :beerbang:

I've been to both many times and both have a different style of beauty and cool things to photograph. However if you wanted my personal favorite, I would too, say Ireland.

I thought this might be a soccer question....

I don't think you could go wrong with either, but the weather in Ireland is definitely overcast and windy. You'll get an argument on the beer issue, too, depending upon who you talk to.

What's funny is that I was thinking the same thing on a couple points you mentioned!  Polish peeps can make some great suds!

Weather in Ireland, especially this time of the year is going to be cold and wet.  But  you can land some beauty's there.

Ireland is such a fun place to visit.  I've been to Poland once, years ago.  It's a wonderful place too. However for me, Ireland is in my top 5 places.
