Model showed up 45 minutes late, but then...

I had hired a model to meet me at a certain location yesterday for a photo shoot.  Nothing but just building up my portfolio.  When her and her body guard arrived, they had another guy with them.  Turns out this guy has a manufacturing company here in town who needs product photography of something like 173 products they make.

He was impressed with how I handled her being late, and the shoot.  Silver lining to something that didn't start off so well!  Good thing I didn't blow my top with the model.

Dude ... that is awesome.  Good for you!  A lesson to be learned ... there is a lot to say for civility.

There are photographs everywhere. It is the call of photographers to see and capture those images.

good deal.  My luck runs the other way.  The body guard and other guy would have beat me up and robbed me and left me tied to a tree.

I would have been biting my lips hard in order for that to happen.

When it comes to being on time, man that's one of those things that drive me up the wall if it doesn't happen.

But good job!

Never have I been so lucky with a late show.  I'd say they deserve a pass.  Congrats on the new client!

Talk about luck!  Man, no kidding that would could have gone so many different ways.  You got your portfolio expanded and more paid work.  You need to hire her more and play the lotto!

Well I have to admit, that went a lot different than it could have gone.  Biting your tongue paid off!

True, but that's just good old fashion patience and not blurty out what he likely wanted to say from the start.
