How to angled cut foam board for picture frames?

4 years 6 months ago #660096 by Todd Floyd
As the question states, I'm trying to frame some photos on foam board and trying to get angled cuts, but this looks like crap.  I can get a straight line when I go parallel.  But once I try to angle the cut, it looks all wobbly.  Any ideas how others are doing this?

Thanks you in advance!

I believe you need a matte cutter.

Here's an example, but it's by no means the only choice.

No, I buy them when I need them. Custom mats are not that expensive.

The biggest issue is overcut. You need to be very precise.
