Neewer NW670 TTL Flash problems
I do not know of this exact flashgun - but in principle, they all operate much the same way. What you need to do is isolate the components and determine where the problem lies
With fresh batteries installed, take the flash in your hand and turn it 'on'
Q- time how long it takes before the 'ready' light comes on
Fire the flash via the test button - do this 10 - 15 - 20 times
Q- how many times does it fire via the test button?
Q- how does the recharge time alter during those 20 or so test flashes?
Presuming a) that the flash fires all the time, and b) you were not trying to re-flash (in camera earlier) before the ready light came 'on' ... how did the flash perform? - does it seem okay to you? in other words
Once you have settled that the actual flash is working, then look into the triggers
How are they operated? --- are their batteries okay?
btw .... are the triggers the old-fashioned optical triggers? or the newer digital-camera triggers (ie: that operate on the second impulse not the first impulse)
Give some of this a try and come back with more data for us to ponder over
