Need to lock up camera gear in pickup truck while out camping

5 months 2 weeks ago #758101 by Farestad
Hey folks, I have new pickup and just realized when I'm out camping and head off hiking, I have no way of hiding my camera gear so not to be seen.  How are you locking up your gear if you have a pickup truck?

My remote has a button to push to lock the doors.

I don't have a pick up, however I have a friend who has Goose Gear rear seat delete and there are lockable sections to that, that you can store stuff like your camera gear or firearms inside.  Downside is you lose your back seat, plus side is you gain a ton of storage.

Does your gear fit under your seats?

They have rear seat deletes that convert your back seat into a lock box.  But you give up your back seat.  That might be something for you to consider.
