Question regarding Africa wildlife photography

4 months 2 weeks ago #759222 by Fran Welch
I've been admiring some photos that have been posted on this site showing African animals like elephants and lions.   Are these experiences safe for Americans to attend?  I know certain areas around the world don't care for Americans or there are bad people in these areas that target Americans.

Is Africa one of those areas?

No, all safari companies are very professional.
They are not about politics.
They just want to sell the beauty of nature to their clients, wherever they are from.

I’m from Cape Town, South Africa.
My son-in-law was a guide at the Kruger National Park.

Oh good to know.  Thank you for letting me know.  Certain areas have corrupt police and gangs that can be a pain to passers, are there spots like that?
