Easy to use and maneuver camera rain gear?

I have been using Peak Design camera rain cover for last couple years.  I bought this because I have their camera bag and tripod and both of those are very good.  This rain cover is tough to use or adjust your camera and it sticks to you when it gets wet.  Which rain cover gear are you using that is easy to use?

I have two of these and have had them on my cameras, but they have yet to get wet. The top and back are clear for easy viewing of the camera and controls. The arm sleeves have draw string ends, but droop down slightly when your arms aren't in them, making all but a horizontal gale impossible to get into them. The bottom has a zipper across it's full width with two zipper closures, one from each end, so you can open it wide and drop it down over your camera, then run each closure toward the center, leaving only the space needed for the tripod. The lens tube has a silicone strip and draw string closure to seal around the end collar of the lens, and it will fit the length and diameter of all but the very largest of lenses.

Though mine haven't actually been in the rain yet, I have used them several times when it looked like rain was eminent. My largest camera is a Canon 90D with a battery grip, and it easily fits in this rain hood. I think I was using a Tamron 18-400 mm lens that day. It takes a 72 mm filter.

I haven't gone out in the rain in years.  But I do  have the Peak Design cover as well, and frankly I like mine.

You all get fancy, I have a plastic bag and couple rubber bands.  I've been using this for years.  Now while I don't get caught in rain often, it has always worked for my needs.
