Heated gloves for photographers

2 months 18 hours ago #761722 by Carter Gledhill
I just got back in from shooting today and my normal gloves are worthless when trying to operate my camera.  So I had my gloves off during the shoot.  My hands actually hurt right now because of how cold they were.  Years ago, I tried a pair of photographers gloves and they were rubbish.  I never tried any others.  I sure there must be a good set of gloves that photographers use and recommend.  Can you recommend some to me please?

Check Gerbing.com. Their 7 Volt glove liners may not be too thick to wear under thin gloves, but I have no experience with them. I do have two of their other heated items and they perform better than I had expected. Let us know what you think.

Google Vallerret, these are made in Norway and very popular winter gloves for photographers.

+100000000% these are the best photography winter gloves if you want my 2 cents.  I have 3 pairs of these and have been using these gloves for over 4 years.  First pair my wife got me for gift and they were so incredible I ordered 2 more.  They are expensive for gloves, but warm, well made and easy to work camera with.

  1. Vallerret Photography Gloves
  2. The Heat Company Photography Gloves
  3. Glacier Glove Alaska Pro
  4. Marmot Connect Gloves
  5. Outdoor Research Gripper Gloves
These gloves are known for their warmth, dexterity, and grip, making them suitable for operating a camera in cold weather conditions.

I have a pair of Vallerret and can say these are excellent gloves.  A little pricey compared to others, but they keep your hands warm, they are easy to use with your camera and materials used in these are top notch.
