I am so nervous

This weekend, I have an appointment to meet my first client. The client is coming to my home, to discuss the portrait shoot, I will be doing of their family. How should I be prepared? Should I offer them drinks, snacks? Have all documents etc.. prepared out on the table? or packed away in a folder. Do we sit at the kitchen table or in the living room?

Sorry for all these questions, I'm just so nervous.

It's ok. Calm down.
What I do is, when they first arrive, I'll have them sit in the living room. Offer them something to drink. I will already have cookies made and sitting on the coffee table. The living room is a nice social area. Get to know each other. You may show them your portfolio. If you have any of your work framed and hung in your home, point it out.

When it comes down to doing any kind of signing, move to the kitchen table.

OMG, thank you so much. Would that drink be an alcohol drink, like wine? Or non alcohol?

I have heard some photographers do offer wine. I do not. Tea, coffee or water is what I offer.
