Removing scratches from camera's LCD screen?

13 years 2 weeks ago #46338 by Jim Photo
Morning everyone

I have a few small scratches on my camera's LCD screen and I was wondering what is the best way to repair/remove these? The problem is I have one of these Luma Loop's and this thing keeps the camera hitting up against me and has caused some scratches on my screen.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I had some scratches on my D80 screen due to when I slip and fell trying to get a waterfall shot. It was only a couple scratches, so I never bother with trying to get it fixed, as they weren't really in my way.

I don't know about fixing, but you should use a LCD protector screen.

Friend of mind paid nearly $240 to have his repaired a couple years ago. It only took the camera shop a few days, but $240 was the charge.

+1 on the protective coating.
