Conflicting info on new Nikkon D400 stats

been looking into the d400 as it will replace the 300s and there seems to be conflict on the specs

720p HD video, with active recording auto-focus.
14.8 megapixel DX format, CMOS sensor effective 14.3 megapixel.
Self-cleaning sensor unit.

Super fast operations.
