Golf Test Shots

A bit out of my usual comfort zone, but fun nontheless...
Got a gig doing portraits of Golf Club members and being totally disinterested in golf, I took the opportunity of today's sunshine to drag a mate down to the local driving range for some practice shots before the paying customers start rolling up next week.

These were strictly for angles, lenses and OCF ratios and positioning, so pay no attention to the tawdry backgrounds...

You've got to love Nikon's CLS and those SB900's...lol

Your subject is either not married or his wife was not at home when he left the house dressed in that outfit. He might be a world class golfer, but his wardrobe needs serious help. :catfight:

Nice shots. Golfers are not known for their taste in clothes. I think it has something to do with scaring off the wildlife. Either that or distracting their competitors. :nunu:

Shoot, learn and share. It will make you a better photographer.

All golfers have appalling dress sense - it's in the Club rules, I think - plus this guy is a German golfer...as fashion-fails go, it doesn't get much worse...lol
