This is one of the more popular threads, obviously. Americans are obsessed with food. And for good reason. We have some of the best in the world.

I just finished a huge bowl of homemade clam chowder, made with clams I dug up myself last summer, heavy cream, lots of rich butter and salt and pepper. Add some crackers and I couldn't ask for better on a cold, blizzardy night.

This storm put me in hibernation mode. Good hot food and naps.

Roasted Chicken, baked potato, peas, garlic bread. All were home cooked (as always) by me. Believe it or not I wash it down with a glass of plain soymilk. Yum Yum!!!
