I though bad language was forbidden here. Workout!! Actually I just got back from the gym. I try to go 3-5 times a week and workout with a personal trainer once a week.

I ride my bike. That's working out for me.

Hiking and biking are my main two source of working out.
I like to run, but can't run far
kayking is a good work out also, which I only do when we want to kayak down the river to get shots of eagles.
boxing
tennis, although my husband and I don't play it often. It is a good work out, but I suck at it. lol

come summer time I also swim, my inlaws have a inground pool, which we use often. It is a great non impact exercise. I wish, either we had a pool or the inlaws lived closer.

I get to workout at work. Especially lately having to do system pours, where Im adding 100 feet of 4 indh hose at the end of my boom. I pump comcrete for a living so having to empty and load hoses does it. I also hike alot in the back country up here which is rigged in a lot of places.

Never really had any formal workout program, just stayed physically active all my life. And at 71, I don't think I'll rock the boat by doing anything different now.

I tried working out but as I seemed to only get larger by the year, the women at the club got younger and perkier and SMALLER. I finally grew so embarrassed I quit. Now I have a treadmill at home in the bedroom - it's a great place to hang the clothes I'm going to wear tomorrow.
