I run 3 to 5 miles about 3 times a week

I do 12 oz. curls almost every day:cheers:

I'm only doing about 2 miles a day right now.

When the last candle has been blown out
and the last glass of champagne has been drunk
All that you are left with are the memories and the images-David Cooke.

Hmmm....I haven't worked out since high school wrestling...back in 1981. But have been working 45-50 hrs /week for over 23 yrs where moving constantly all day. No fat on me ;) 5'7" and 117 lbs :) :P

Hmmmm, that's interesting. I gather you are a male and you weigh 117lbs? I know it's possible, but I find it hard to believe. You must be one skinny person and have no muscle at all.

I weight train an hour a day and run 3 miles a day. I had to slow down after I was hurt in the fire dept but Im still in ok shape.

Well until I was in my 30s I used to road race bicycles and weighed 125 at most. During race season I was at the 115 range. Now at 53 I weigh 148 which is heavy for me.

My mind wanders quite a bit and my nose runs once in awhile and I blink a lot , so yeah, I do a pretty vigerous workout everyday.

By the time I walk to the bus I'm too tired. I have to wait for 2-3 buses to pass by me while I catch my breath.
