Handle on my Lowepro Pro roller x200 feels like it's ready to fall apart

I'm disappointed with this bag. The handle on this bag feels like it's ready to fall off at any point. I bought the bag from a eBay seller who claimed to have had the bag for only 4 months. Now I think I see why he was looking to sell it. The bag was fine when I got it (last week). Honestly I don't trust the handle and have to carry the bag every where I go.

Anyone have this bag? Is this a engineering issue or just random malfunction bag?

You could always see if Lowepro will honor it with warranty? I believe they have a 5 year warranty.

Don't look at me, I didn't do it :)

Its hard to understand why everyone is jumping on Lowepro for this, you did buy it second hand so you have no idea how the previous owner treat this bag he may have dropped it from a great hieght for all is known about it, it may be far more than 4 months old !!!, you could try contacting them and asking for their advice, I am sure they wouldnt want a disatisfied owner.

People aren't jumping on know ones back. I had to read this a few times. Looks like the OP'er is just ticked off about his investment going south. Heck I don't blame him. I would be ticked off too.

I prefer Think Tank to Lowepro. I've had a few Lowepro things fail, not so with Think Tank.

Lowepro use to be a lot better than they are now. I think their QQ needs looking into.
