Help with GoPro extension

2 months 2 weeks ago #724223 by Esseff
I have a GoPro extension thingy . The telescopic bits aren't that tight anymore (2nd hand) and the GoPro keeps dropping back down to handle when held upright. Does anyone know of a fix for this?

TIA.

Maybe the tightening screw is stripped. Adding a thin rubber
washer in the joint or replacing the screw itself could help.

Maybe some kind of lub got into the joint, just clean it.

There are no screws, its only held up by friction. I ended up squeezing the base of the telescopic bit with pliers making it balloon out, seems to have done the trick.

Thanks though. :thx2:
