Do you ever give feedback to Adobe?

I keep getting messages from Adobe asking if it's OK to send feedback and something else (can recall message) back to Adobe.  Is this implying that Adobe will actually contact you back based on your feedback?

I respond to the occasional survey invite, but I don't generally allow feedback, no.

If you tweet a complaint, you'll get the attention of their "support" people. Which does absolutely zero good, in my experience.

Every time I had a chance, I would complain about the color profile being last in line in the RAW convertor. Finally they moved it to top where it should have been all along. That is the first thing you need to do in processing. Don't know if I had any effect on them but maybe as a group with others, they finally listened.

G'day all

From personal experience over the past decade - whether it's Adobe or Fuji or Panasonic or 1/2-dozen other sites I 'talk with', I have yet to receive any thanks or acknowledgement for any submission I have offered them

Some years back, at the time the subscription model was
launched, I did send them a feedback:

"I'm afraid this is opening wide the door to ingenious pro-
grammers and a new array of software developers will be
on the market in a very, very near future."

I stayed with my CS6 tools for a while and, within a year, I
was Adobe free.

Light is free… capturing it is not!
