I recently visited Leipzig (Germany) and my friends took me to see this monument. It was built in memory of the battle of the nations. Napoleon was defeated there in 1813 by members of the six nations. It was built on the grounds of some of the bloodiest battles. The stone used to build the monument came from a local stone quarry. Looks beautiful by day...but night, just wow. Im posting both photos and would appreciate any suggestions for improvement.

Ive tried HDR....but I didnt have a tripod with me and it was very cold that night. Even though I sat the camera on a wall, the HDR was still very blury. Also tried 3 exposures manually. No luck..

The first one's well done but the second one is really stunning. Other than adjusting the crop so the top of the building is in view, I think it's effective the way it is, you captured the light and the reflection well.
