Tripod, about 1m above the sands, 24mm, pointing slightly down (~20 degrees). The trick is to avoid any external element (like plants) to not give a reference of size, which is why the dune looks much bigger that it really is.

Some of us think that's a good thing. I look forward to my return visit next October.
